The data that we collect might be your e-mail address, name, billing address, home address etc – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you a product/service or to enhance your customer experience with us. We save the information you provide us with in order for you to comment or perform other activities on the website. This information includes, for example, your name and e-mail address.
Information automatically collected about you
Those data includes information that is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools. For example, your shopping cart information, your IP address, your shopping history (if there is any) etc. This information is used to improve your customer experience. When you use our services or look at the contents of our website, your activities may be logged.

We only work with Processing partners who are able to ensure adequate level of protection to your Personal Data. Our website uses contact form so the customers can get in touch with us. This form uses a plugin (https://contactform7.com/privacy-policy/). We use the personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form for a certain period for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe. We use safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS). We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

Supported Products
All our currently supported modules have 5 years warranty from the date purchased and only for the electronic part. Warranty does not cover damages on the front panel or casing, knobs, electromechanical parts such as potentiometers, connectors and minijack sockets. Those damages can be fixed by Hexdevices after request with an extra cost.
Unsupported Products
Discontinued products and DIY’s products are not covered by the warranty. But, our service – repairing department will kindly help you. Note that in this case, repairing and shipping costs for and from Hexdevices Service Department are covered by the customer.
Shipping Damages
Any kind of product damaging through shipping is covered, within 4 days from the receiving day. The shipping costs for those damaged devices are covered by Hexdevices.

Manuals
We often update our user manuals and assembly manuals for you better understanding. They’re differences between the manual version you have and the manual versions are currently on our website free for download. To avoid misunderstandings keep your self updated if needs to.
Please Note!
The pictures on the website may be slightly different from the actual modules. We always try to improve the quality of our products. As a result small differences can be found between old and new module versions.
Compliance
Since 2022 all our modules pcb’s have LeadFree HASL surfcace finish. The solder and the components we use are RoHs compliant. But, in some cases not the 100% of our components are. Some of our products are also CE, FCC approved. To recycle your device please follow your country recycling guidelines about electronic devices.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product isn’t used or damaged

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Hexdevices.
